Shipping & Returns

Shipping

For our deliveries, we use An Post Parcel Post. When placing your order, select between Standard or Express shipping options at the cart. We also provide international shipping to available countries.

Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 working days to arrive after dispatch, while express post usually arrives the next working day after dispatch. For international shipping inquiries, kindly reach out to us at info@wemakegood.ie.

Cancelling an Order

You have the option to cancel your online order anytime before it's dispatched, and you'll receive a full refund. Typically, refunds are processed within 3-7 working days. If your order has already been shipped and you receive a confirmation email, you can still cancel it, but we'll need to deduct the delivery fee.

 

Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided

Faulty or Broken Products

In the rare event that your purchase arrives faulty or broken, we're here to assist you. Please contact us via email at info@wemakegood.ie within 24 hours of delivery, and be sure to include photographs of the damaged items.
