Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We use An Post Parcel Post for our deliveries. Standard delivery for parcels up to 10kg costs €8.50 and express delivery for parcels up to 10kg costs €15. Envelopes up to 100g cost €2 and packets (fitting within A3 size) and under 25og costs €5. 

Standard delivery normally arrives 2-4 working days after dispatch. Express post normally arrives next working day after dispatch. For all international shipping, please email us at info@wemakegood.ie for details. 


Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. Should you have a change of heart, you can cancel your order for any reason up to the point of it being dispatched and any payments made to us will be refunded in full. In addition we will, of course, honour your statutory rights – these are: you can return a product up to 14 days after you have received it – on condition this is in is in its original packing, is undamaged and you have proof of purchase. In this instance we will provide a full refund provided it is returned within 28 days of original purchase (having informed us by email within 14 days of purchase).

This does not apply to bespoke orders which cannot be returned/refunded once payment has been received.

Refund policy

We really hope you are happy with your products - but in the unlikely event that your are not, here is what you can do.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your online order up until dispatch with no issue and get a full refund – this will normally happen within 3-7 working days. if you cancel an order that has already been shipped, and we have sent you an e-mail confirming this, you may still cancel your order but we will need to charge you the delivery fee. 

 

Returns

After you receive your online order, you have the right to decide to return it up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. You must return it in its original packing with 28 days of the original delivery and it must be in saleable condition.

Faulty or Broken Products

If your purchase arrives faulty or broken, please get in touch by email info@wemakegood.ie within 24 hours of delivery and we will ask you to return your goods to us.
