Key information:
- Full training provided (certified and uncertified)
- €11.00 an hour for stage 1, €12.30 in stage 2, and over €13.00 in stage 3.
- The role is for 2-3 years and then people will be supported to move into mainstream employment or their own business

Machinists (Garment and homewares) x 3
The job involves learning to sew and finish high quality garments, accessories and homewares (such as curtains & cushions). All training will be provided.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Fabric cutting
- Machine sewing & finishing to patterns provided
- Hand sewing
- Quality control
- Stock management
- Ironing and fabric preparation
- Machine set up and basic maintenance
- Packaging
- Attending training & upskilling
- Workroom clean up
- Other tasks as requested
- Attending training and team meetings etc
Reports to: The Manager
Based in: 24 Mountjoy Sq East, Dublin 1
Hours: Full time: 9:00 – 5:00 (39 hours) with 30 mins for lunch and 2 x 15 min breaks
Rates of pay: There are stages of progression in the work, which depend on developing levels of technical competency and team work, these are:
Stage 1 – €11.00 an hour
Stage 2 – €12.30 an hour
Stage 3 - €13.00 an hour

Retail Assistant Role x 1
The job involves developing skills in a retail environment. We hope after three years you will have sufficient skills to progress into retail team leader or management roles. The role includes:
- Order fulfilment
- Cash handling
- Social media and marketing
- Customer relations and sales in store
- Stock control and management
- Stocking shelves with merchandise
- Answering queries from customers
- Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping and occasional window cleaning
- Receiving and storing stock
- Attending training and upskilling
- Working as part of the a team
- Other tasks as required
Reports to: The Shop Manager
Based in: 16 Fade St, Dublin 1
Hours: Full time (39 hours), these hours will be spread across the week, and may include late night shopping hours or weekend work

The job involves developing skills in screen printing, and will involve some retail duties. The role includes:
- Hand Screen Printing Textiles and paper as per training given
- Upskilling in other print techniques – pad printing, hot foil stamping and stencil making
- Stock management
- Customer Service
- Assist in preparation for (and potentially) facilitation of customer workshops
- Print process management
- Machine set up and basic maintenance
- Finishing
- Packaging
- Attending training & upskilling
- Workroom clean up
- Some retail work
We are looking for a staff member who is creative, good with their hands and has a real interest in making, is responsible and honest and is interested in arts and design.
Reports to: The Print Shop Coordinator
Based in: 16 Fade St, Dublin 1
Hours: Full time (39 hours), these hours will be spread across the week, and may, on occasion include late night shopping hours or weekend work
