We are very proud to stock beautiful handwoven textiles from this inspiring social enterprise. Grangebeg is set on a 46 acre self-sustaining organic farm on the border of Kildare and Wicklow. The beauty of Camphill’s Community, a small oasis of hope, belief and kindness, reflects the beauty of the surrounds. 20 people, live and create in Grangebeg, half of whom have special needs. The farm includes a bakery and garden as well as the weaving workshop where the beautiful weavings are handmade on traditional looms. Master weaver Barbel has created a tranquil weavery in Dunlavin where these increasingly rare skills can be taught to new weavers who have, with support and time, mastered this traditional craft.
