PALLS works from an ethos of dignity, respect and equality, supporting men with an experience of prison to change paths. We have spent time with the PALLs men, who talk passionately about how meaningful work is key to achieving their goals in life. Cairde Enterprises is the name of their social enterprise - The men who are employed in Cairde to produce furniture for We Make Good have overcome many personal challenges, and exemplify the meaning of a real second chance. The pride they take in creating our products is a reflection of the pride they feel in themselves. Like the changes the guys have made, these products are built to last.
