We hope you will be delighted with your We Make Good purchase. In the unlikely event that there is an issue, here are our terms and conditions.
Refunds and Returns
- You can cancel your order for any reason up to the point of it being dispatched and any payments made to us will be refunded in full, ASAP and within 28 days. To find out if your product been dispatched please call or email.
- In addition we will, of course, honour your statutory rights – these are: you can return a product up to 14 days after you have received it – on condition this is in is in its original packing, is undamaged and you have proof of purchase. In this instance we will provide a full refund provided it is returned within 28 days of original purchase (having informed us by email within 14 days of purchase).
- This does not apply to bespoke orders which cannot be returned/refunded once payment has been received (payment equals a formal contract between us).
Accuracy of pricing and product descriptions

- We aim to be accurate in our descriptions. However as colours can appear differently on different computer screens due to different colour calibrations we cannot guarantee exact colour match, if you need a sample or want to call around to see a product let us know.
- We reserve the right to change the descriptions and prices on the website at any time and are not accountable for any inconvenience or perceived costs to you as a result of description or price updates.
- If the product has been changed by producers before dispatch we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
- Many of products are handmade, this means there may be slight differences in texture, patina etc that are part of the creation of the product. These are handcrafted products and such individual characteristics are part of their story.
If your goods arrive faulty or broken please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Next, return the goods to us as soon as possible and within 28 days of delivery. We will then give you a full refund including delivery.
