SilaiWali Rag Doll - Calla

SilaWali's handmade Rag Dolls are cherished companions with a bespoke outfits, a cozy doll bed, and even a QR code that unveils the unique story behind each doll. A timeless and heartfelt gift for children of all ages, these dolls are sustainably produced using offcuts from India's fast fashion industry, ensuring zero waste and supporting the environment.

Each doll, filled with polyfill and adorned with woollen hair, comes with cotton bedding and arrives in a paper box, measuring 47cm x 13cm. Handmade in India by refugees from Afghanistan through Silai Wali, in collaboration with Fair Trade Forum India and UNHCR, these dolls provide livelihoods and empowerment to refugee women. Partnering with the Irish Refugee Council, the initiative aids refugees from Afghanistan in their journey toward integration and family reunification.
